What counts as a late order?
Your order is late if it arrives after the delivery date we confirmed with you when you approved your order.
Do I have to send back a damaged item?
Usually not. Send us your order number and clear photos. We will tell you if we need the item back.
Does order protection cover custom designs?
Yes. If your order does not match the design you approved, you get a 100% refund. If it matches the approved design, we look at each case individually.
How long does a refund or replacement take?
We confirm the timing when we approve your claim, and we process refunds and replacements as quickly as we can.
